What next?
So that we are ready, and can make the most out of the time we spend together, please take a few moments to read the Partnership Agreement AND complete the Client Information Form that we’ve linked below.

- Return the Form to us via email to info@northhampshireclinic.co.uk no less than 24hrs before your Session.
Your Session – ONLINE
An hour before your Session start time, you’ll receive an email from us with a link to join the Online Call. This will be sent to the email that you booked your appointment on.
Please make sure you have the camera settings to ‘on‘ so that we can see each other during the session. And that you are in a space where you can talk openly and freely.
Your Session – In-Person
Face to face sessions are held at the Treatment Hub, 27 London Street, Basingstoke, RG21 7PG (what3words: reduce.icon.reader). The Clinic is in a pedestrianised area so you will need to park in one of the local car parks.
An access code will be emailed to you to gain entry to the Clinic.
Please wait in the Reception Area, and help yourself to refreshments until you are called through for your appointment.
