Orgasm or Climax
Let’s talk about what orgasm is, how it feels and concerns around this experience that cause anxiety.
REFLECTION: Orgasms are good for you! Think about how you experience orgasm, where the feeling is in the body, how you feel just before and after. If you don’t experience orgasm, it doesn’t mean you never will.

Orgasm Gap
Many women fail to reach climax during partnered sex, why is that …
REFLECTION: Are you a vulva owner, or partnered with a vulva owner, who has noticeably fewer orgasms?
If so, and it is something you, or them, are concerned over, it is definitely time to start communication around clitoral stimulation, how and where the vulva needs and likes to be stimulated.
EveryONE is different, experiment, play and talk about it.
About Your Teacher
Carol Graham
Starting my career as a Therapist it became clear to me that whatever is going on in your life, if something is affecting your mental health, your physical health, your finances, your work, or your relationships, it’s almost surely going to affect sex too. However, I found that very few clients brought up their sexual issues in general therapy.
In 2013 I made the decision to specialise in working with sex and relationship issues and embarked on a post graduate qualification. In 2016, the North Hampshire Clinic was opened.
I have always had a very healthy outlook on sex, I am sex-positive, and I approach my work with kindness, empathy, and a little bit of humour, where it’s appropriate!
